THE COTTAGE
A magical double storey cottage on the green belt with a beautiful garden .
There are two en suite bedrooms upstairs with a balcony. The first has a double bed, the other is an extra large king size that has 2 single beds which can be seperated.
Down stairs a fully equipped kitchen (equipped with coffee machine, oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine), as well as lounge and dining area.
There is a garden rolling down to the greenbelt, and your own private courtyard to entertain.
The house is spacious and light. The balcony affords wonderful views of the garden and the trees, with a glimpse of the mountains.
The cottage is fitted with an armed response security system.
INTERACTION WITH GUEST
I will greet my guests and explain how everything works. I am happy to communicate whenever the guests would like me to.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The cottage is close to many wine farms, top class restaurants, excellent shopping centre and is within 30 minutes of the beach and town.
GETTING AROUND
You will need a hired car or you can use Uber.
PARKING
There is secure parking for one car on the property.
Check in from 2 pm, check out at 10 am.
